Q : If I am a business customer of TWIN's, am I eligible to refer my residence as well?
A : Yes

Q : Is there a limited number of customers I can refer?
A : No, you may refer as many as you like

Q : When would I get the credit for referring the customer?
A : As soon as the customer signs up and installation is complete, you will receive $50 on your following months.

Q: When would the referred customer get credit?
A: They would receive credit immediately for their first month.

Q: Would there be any promotion available if the referred customer has Internet service with another service provider?
A: This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Q: If I decide to change my service to TWIN will I be able to use my existing equipment?
A: In most cases, yes. However, we will need to check the equipment to ensure compatability with our system.
