Q: My Internet isn't working at all. What do I do?
A: First check to make sure your router is on, if you have one. Also, check to make sure the radio power supply is on (green LED light indicates the power is on). If not, power up the router, and/or power up your radio. If they were on, unplug your router and radio, wait 5 seconds and plug them back in. Test your connection after 2-5 minutes. If still no connection, call our office.
Q: How do I access my webmail?
A: From www.twin.net, click on webmail , then type in your login (email address) and your password.
Q: How do I setup my TWIN email in my Outlook?

Q: How can I get a Public IP address?
A: You must call our office for an upgrade form to fill out and send back to us.
Q: How can I upgrade my speed?

Q: The Internet is working on one of my computers, but not all of them.
A: Check the Ethernet connection on the back of your PC; if the lights are not blinking, you may have a hardware issue. Call our office for specific help procedures.
Q: Will it cost anything to call TWIN for Computer or networking troubleshooting?
A. Telephone support is $100/hour in 15 minute Increments. For TWIN’s customers it is discounted to $75.00/hour in 15 minute increments.
